First of all I would like you to greet a pleasant day. I grabed this oppurtunity to make a letter to you., regarding the concern that I had in our province/barangay. First about the teenagers using marijuana, shabu and, etc. The teenagers are attracted to addictive vises, this causes them to do unnessesary thing that are against laws in our barangay/province
